A little about myself
As far far back as I can remember, I have loved plants and my first memory of them is working with my grandparents. I would help my grandmother (Gram) in the Iris beds and my grandfather (Boomps) trim trees, line a nearby creek with sandstone boulders, and clear brush to burn by the lake. These memories have stuck with me and today I love Irises, water features and fire pits. In high school I started my first business with a friend of mine. In summer, we worked and played in the Ski Island addition. It was only natural that I continue this into college pursuing a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from OSU. I went on to learn and work at Satterlee Nursery. Since then, I have been working to improve people's homes and businesses to make Oklahoma even more beautiful. I feel Oklahoma is one of the most diverse states in the Union and I have devoted my life to making it a better place to live; one spot at a time. A lot can be accomplished, in life, when one is in an attractive environment.
When we say we want to improve the community we are not just spouting some buzz phrase to bring in more customers. It is a personal belief that we are fortunate and we should share with the less fortunate. Therefore, ten percent of all Wisdom Designs' profits go to CASA and Oklahoma Humane Society. Both are tirelessly devoted to giving a voice to the voiceless
